Make it! Recipe Video Link above & can pause the video for the recipe or look below. I’ve played with the recipe and even mashed those ripe bananas, added applesauce and baked these if adding one of those as cookies or cookie bars.

Pray God Bless You all Reading This-🩵🙏🏽🌷Renee, aka:Mrs.Smith Smith Family make this & send me pics! 🫶🏻luv ya!
ENERGY BALLS Recipe: -1.5 cups rolled oats ( I used .5 less in the video for more moisture to add in the raisins) - 3/4 cup coconut flakes ( to roll in) -3/4 cup peanut or any nut butter ( I used a whole jar of almond in the video, doubling the recipe) -1/3 cup honey or maple syrup -1/2 cup flaxseed - 1/2 cup chocolate chips -Optional add-ins include anything like dried fruit, I used raising in the video but you could use dried cranberries,, blueberries, white chocolate, and play with different flavors! Enjoy! Guilt free because it's healthy! lol

The fun part is including your kids!

We went food shopping and picked fruits that were the colors of the rainbow so you get to teach your kids and have them be a part of your day with this fun display of fruit.

You can be really creative and have each child create an animal out of the fruit.

Much Love-Renee

  1. My last batch of energy balls came dry & needed to be dunked into coffee or chocolate milk for moisture. Remedy is add more honey or nut butter to make sure they're moist teat them! lol. Hoo-yah!
